Computer control systems

Our computer system is based on a Mitsubishi FX PLC. We produce versions for concrete and asphalt plants based around the same kernel. The system can be adapted for any configuration of plant and can accomodate special systems such as bagged additives and ice addition

The system provides all the basic facilties required, these include:-
Fully automatic control of mixing and weighing
Storage of up to 50 mix specifications
Auto taring
Auto inflight correction
Printout of amounts weighed to each batch
Logging of total materials usage
Simple diagnostics

Unlike most systems on the market, our system has been specifically designed for fitting to existing plants in remote situations and tough environments. It is very simple to operate, tough and simple in design and easy to repair and maintain.

Our control system installed on a Wibau WKM160 asphalt plant. The existing desk and relay control system was removed and replaced with our new desk.

The system is based on the Mitisubishi FX PLC and E600 operator terminal.

The system is very easy to operate with a text based screen and "soft keys" giving access to a simple menu system.
