Bitumen systems

Metered bitumen systems on asphalt plants are difficult to calibrate and are increasingly becoming unacceptable. We have developed a weighed bitumen system which can be used to replace a metered bitumen system for a reasonable cost.
The system is particularly applicable to Wibau and Alfelder plants.

We also produce an electric hot oil heater which can have a variety of output powers from 20 - 50kW. These are particularly useful for hot oil tracing of mixers and weighing hoppers where a larger direct fired heater is not appropriate. The Electric heating system is very simple and reliable.
