Asphalt and concrete plants

We specialise in renovation of control systems on old asphalt and concrete plants. There are many old plants around the world with unreliable, inaccurate and obsolete control systems. Very often the plants are in reasonable mechanical condition but the performance of the control systems is not acceptable.

We can design and install loadcell weighing systems, new control desks with modern instrumentation and computer systems and new motor starter desks.

We are used to working in less developed parts of the world and provide systems which are simple, tough and reliable.

We produce our own computer control systems for asphalt and concrete plants.These have developed a very good reputation for simplicity, low cost and reliability, particularly in the Middle East where we have installed more than twenty systems.

We also produce some specialised bitumen systems, particularly a metered to weighed bitumen system for asphalt plants and an electric hot oil heater.
