We specialise in work on old machines. Many old machines are very solidly built and can do their work very well. However, their control systems have become unreliable and components are no longer available. It may be necessary to interface them with other new machines and the facilities to do this are just not present. The control systems don't meet modern safety standard. There is no documentation.

Repairs and maintenance

We don't offer a 24/7 general maintenance and repair service with engineers on callout, but if you have a piece of complex machinery which has broken down, or an obsolete instrument that you need to replace, please call us and we will see if we can help.

Improvement and modification of existing machines

We can often revise instrumentation and modify instrument settings or PLC programs to bring the performance of a machine more into line with your needs.
